EDUCATION

Adherence by learners to the school rules as contained in the School Code of Conduct and as listed each week in this Newsletter, is serious business and not negotiable. Learners need to know that there are always rules (whether they like them or not) and that they are to be obeyed (whether they want to or not); that’s life, and we are not in a position as a civilised society to decide which rules we will obey and those that we choose to ignore. Non-compliance with rules (both at home and at school) gives rise to anti-social, poor and criminal behaviour that is to manifest in our society today. Parents have a responsibility to ensure that their children comply with ALL the school rules, thereby facilitating an environment of safety and order within the school, to the benefit of all the learners.

FACILITIES

A request to parents to have a word with their children regarding our facilities: we have upgraded the cloakrooms at the sports field and those are there for both parents and children to use, so therefore I need those cloakrooms to be kept clean at all times.

LEARNERS PLEASE RESPECT OUR NEWLY RENOVATED CLOAKROOMS!
