Good day Parents and Pupils
Firstly I would like to thank all of you for your participation in last year’s raffle; without your contributions, it would not have been a success, We are sending this letter out to all of you, to introduce Rand Park Primary’s second Fundraising Raffle. Again we will be attempting to raise much needed funds to enhance our school. We are asking that all our pupils attempt to sell at least one book of tickets. Last year’s Raffle was a big success and we would like to try and better it this year.
The Raffle Prizes are:

500 GB 5400rpm DVD+/-RW – Fixed NO 56K Modem Realtek 802.11 b/g/n BLUETOOTH 15.6 HD LCD Webcam Mobile Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator WINDOWS 8 Emerging Markets 64 + Office Starter 2010 – Valued at R8000 .00 each ( these will be drawn separately )
3rd Prize Weekend Getaway for TWO to the Premier Hotel – O. R .Tambo
Breakfast included – Valued at R6500 .00
The draw will take place at the School’s Friday Assembly on the 26th July 2013.
We will need the completed Raffle booklets in by latest 24th July 2013; however, they can be returned at any stage prior to this date.
The class which sells the most tickets will have the honour of wearing civvies to school the following Friday as well as a Mac Donald’s lunch.
The top ticket sellers in each Grade will win a ‘Rock n Roll Scooter’ valued at R 999,00 each
The top three ticket sellers will be cash prizes of:
1st – R1500.00
2nd – R1000
3rd 500.00
Each pupil in the school will be given a booklet of tickets and each ticket has a unique number. Any unreturned booklets or tickets which have been removed from the booklet will be deemed to have been sold and the pupil responsible for the booklet will be held accountable. If you require more than one booklet, please ask one of the secretaries in the office.
