GRADE 1, 2019: Applications

Grade 1, 2019 applications may only be submitted via the Gauteng Department of Education’s e-admissions portal.  The application period has closed.

GRADE 2-7: 2019 applications, directly with the school

DATES: From Mon 16 Apr 2018 at 8h00

(Forms will be available from Tue 10 Apr 2018)

Parents who wish to apply for admission to Rand Park Primary School for Grade 2 – 7 in 2019, will be required to hand in completed application forms and required documents at the school from Monday, 16 April at 8h00 2018.

SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:

A. SOUTH AFRICAN CITIZENS

(Applicants should be in possession of a valid South African ID)

LEARNER

  1. A certified copy of the learner’s BIRTH CERTIFICATE.
  2. A copy of the updated IMMUNIZATION CARD.(GRADE 1)
  3. A copy of the learner’s LATEST SCHOOL REPORT.

PARENT(S)/LEGAL GUARDIAN(S)/CAREGIVER(S)

  1. Certified copies of the ID documents of BOTH parents/legal guardians/caregivers.
  2. Proof of your PERMANENT STREET ADDRESS (your most recent Rates and Taxes account reflecting the PHYSICAL address)
    In the case of RENTING, a certified copy of the current Lease Agreement (valid for a period of 8 months from date of this application), letter from the Landlord together with their ID documents and Rates and Taxes account of the rented property.
  3. If applying with work address: PROOF OF PERMANENT WORK ADDRESS. For example: Letter of confirmation on company letterhead, Letter of appointment(physical address of the Company must be provided on this documentation)

B. NON-SOUTH AFRICAN CITIZENS

(Applications without a valid South African ID)

LEARNER

  1. A certified copy of the learner’s BIRTH CERTIFICATE.
  2. A copy of the updated IMMUNIZATION CARD.(GRADE 1)
  3. A copy of the learner’s LATEST SCHOOL REPORT.
  4. Valid PASSPORT.
  5. Valid STUDY VISA.

PARENT(S)/LEGAL GUARDIAN(S)/CAREGIVER(S)

  1. Certified copies of the Valid Passport of BOTH parents/legal guardians/caregivers.
  2. Proof of your PERMANENT STREET ADDRESS (your most recent Rates and Taxes account reflecting the PHYSICAL address).
  3. In the case of RENTING, a certified copy of the current Lease Agreement (valid for a period of 8 months from date of this application), letter from the Landlord together with their ID documents and Rates and Taxes account of the rented property.
