END OF TERM 3
As we reach the end of yet another busy Term I would like to take this opportunity to thank all for the support you have given both to your children and to the school and teachers. I would like to ask parents to help us make the final stretch for 2015 a success. Learners and staff have been involved in a wide range of events and activities and once again we have enjoyed and celebrated many successes. I wish you all a peaceful and joyful break and look forward to finding you all refreshed in the last Term of 2015.
AGM
The AGM will take place on Wednesday 28th October at 19:00 in the school hall. A reminder to parents that we need a quorum of at least 15% (approximately 215 parents) in order to go ahead on the 28th October 2015.
CLOSING TIME FOR TUESDAYS – TERM 4
As from Tuesday 13th October the school will close every Tuesday at 13:30 for the Senior Phase (Grade 4 – 7). This is due to the fact that we do not write Cycle Tests in the Fourth Term. The Grade 1s and 2s will finish at 13:00 and the Grade 3s at 13:30 as usual.

COMPULSORY SCHOOL FEES – 2015
The school fee tariff is R7 400 per learner .
Please ensure that a minimum of R6 660.00 (R740 x 9 months) has been paid by end of September in order to avoid being handed over to our debt collectors.

LEARNER REPORTS
Learner reports for Term 3 were handed out today. Please peruse these reports and discuss the progress with your child. There is one Term left and some learners need to be encouraged to work hard towards year end. Feel free to make appointments for discussion with teachers regarding your child’s progress in the new term.
